Our 7-Day Return Policy

At Zupllyshop, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. After this window, we are unable to process returns or refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving your order
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Perishable goods, intimate items, or health and hygiene products
Items on sale or purchased using discount codes (unless defective)
Digital products or downloadable items
Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zupllyshop@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
